You’ll enjoy reading and sharing these things you may not have known or seen around Super Bowl LI. The game has been heralded by some as one of the best of all time, and it’s the only Super Bowl (of 51!) to go into overtime. But equally amazing, there were many things of faith happening in and around NRG Stadium in Houston.

Bart Starr Award

Every year the sports ministry Athletes in Action (AIA) awards the Bart Starr Award to the NFL player who best exemplifies outstanding character and leadership in the home, on the field, and in the community. The award, named after two-time Super Bowl MVP and Hall of Famer Bart Starr, is presented at the annual Super Bowl breakfast the Saturday before the game. Check out this year’s winner!
