Refocus Your Faith

Each generation tends to add another layer to the gospel—its own cultural expectations … its list of do’s and don’ts. It’s been happening since the birth of the gospel, which is why God saw fit to give us Colossians—a book that helps every believer recalibrate his or her faith, making sure it’s grounded in nothing but Christ.

Invigorate Your Faith

Exploring Colossians in depth, you’ll see your students’ faith get a jump start, as they find answers to questions like:

  • What does it mean to be “in Christ”?
  • How can Jesus’ supremacy in all things affect my life in a practical way?
  • What’s this “mystery” the Bible talks about?
  • What difference does it make where I get my identity?

 Testimonials:

“We had a wonderful and valuable time studying Colossians backwards, forwards and sideways with the students!”   Jodi, youth worker, St. Joseph, MO

“I look forward to more of these studies, and so do the students!”  Nicholas, youth worker, Bedminster, NJ

“I got so much out of our study in Colossians.  It challenged my faith and made me feel even closer to God.  I learned a lot about who Jesus really is.”  Courtney, student, St. Joseph, MO

Additional information

Physical (book) and/or Download (PDF)

You can order a book, or a PDF, or both. It’s all according to your and your leaders’ preferences. You’ll need a book or a PDF for each study group. Each option has its pros and cons. One note: if you order a physical book you can still download the student pages for reproducing (you’ll find a password in the book for access to these pages).

Physical (book)

Leaders need one book per group. Student pages are reproducible and still downloadable (you’ll find a password in the book for access to these pages). Pros: It’s already printed out for you and ready to go. This is probably the best set up for personal study. You don’t need access to an electronic device. Cons: It’s obviously a little more costly and keeping track of a book may be less convenient than keeping track of a PDF.

Download (PDF)

Leaders have permission to use one download per group. For example, if you have four groups involved in a study, we ask that you purchase four “downloads.” Student pages are reproducible. Pros: It’s obviously less costly and more portable; depending on how your personal computing is set up, a pdf can be “cloud” based. Cons: Typing your thoughts/notes into a PDF can be a bit clunky and more difficult to use in leading your session.
